Refund and Returns Policy

Cool Cat Apparel is fully committed to providing our clients with the perfect fit. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know and we will do everything possible to make it right.

We offer risk-free purchase for online custom orders. If you don’t like your purchase at all, we will give you a full refund. A return claim must be submitted within 14 days of order being shipped. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all returns.

Returned items must be in good and unworn condition. Cool Cat Apparel reserves the right to deny refund on a return if the item is deemed to have been altered, worn or damaged.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Refund will be processed through same mode within 10 working days.

All returns should meet the aforementioned condition, or the returns will be sent back to the client without refund.

It may take up to 30 days for the credit card to be credited with refund after the garments have been returned.
